During the shipping method selection process, for orders with in-stock items, we will arrange shipment on the same day or the next business day in accordance with the following cutoff time rules. If products need to be dispatched from other global warehouses, additional delivery time may be required, and the specific details shall be subject to actual communication. 

I. Regular Shipping Timelines and Cutoff Time

1.Same-Day Shipping Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (noon) daily

Orders submitted and confirmed before this time will be prioritized for same-day shipment to ensure you receive your goods as soon as possible.

2.Weekend Order Processing:

Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be uniformly rescheduled for shipment on the next business day to ensure efficient coordination of the logistics process.

II. Backorder Handling Solutions For products that are temporarily out of stock and require backordering, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible upon the arrival of the goods. If your order includes 1 or more backordered items, you may independently choose one of the following two shipping methods based on your needs:

1.Allow Partial Shipment

We will first ship the items currently in stock, and at the same time update the order status of the out-of-stock items to "Backordered". Once the backordered items arrive, we will immediately arrange subsequent shipment. Therefore, your order may be delivered in one or multiple batches depending on the stock status of the items, ensuring you receive some of the required products as early as possible.
