Refund & Return

MSW does not accept return requests that are not related to product quality issues.  Please carefully inspect all delivered packages of your orders;  if there are any problems with the received products, please contact customer service to file a complaint.

 

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the parcel delivery date.  When submitting, please provide the MSW order number, photos of the products and their labels, as well as a detailed description of the issue.  Both parties agree that if the products have quality defects and the customer submits the return request within the specified time, MSW will allow the customer to request a replacement, a return, or compensation for direct economic losses.  The compensation amount shall not exceed the price of the defective products.

 

If your package fails to arrive and is confirmed lost in transit, MSW will arrange a refund.  Delivery time may be affected by force majeure factors such as extreme weather, postal delays, customs clearance, local protests, strikes, and epidemics.  In such cases, MSW shall not be liable for any delays caused but will provide all possible support.

 

For products returned without authorization due to reasons attributable to the customer, MSW will not issue a refund, and all return costs shall be borne by the customer.
